Due to Covid-19 our office is working as fast as possible, whilst maintaining optimum hygiene and safety for ourselves and your orders. Unfortunately it may take a little longer to reach you than usual, as it can take a couple of days longer to dispatch and some countries are still dealing with postal and customs delays. DOMESTIC (USA) DELIVERY

• Standard tracked delivery (USPS First Class package) estimated 3-5 business day delivery after dispatch. Shipping prices are auto generated based on location and order weight. Small orders expected price of $3 - $5.

Express tracked delivery (USPS Priority Mail) estimated 1-3 business day delivery after dispatch. Shipping prices are auto generated based on location and order weight. Larger orders expected price of $7 - $15 (most large orders will qualify for free shipping)

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

• Canada shipping is calculated based on location. Estimated 2-3 week(s) delivery after dispatch

• United Kingdom shipping is calculated based on location. Estimated 3-4 week(s) delivery after dispatch

•  EU Countries  shipping is calculated based on location. Estimated 3-4 week(s) delivery after dispatch

• Japan shipping is calculated based on location. Estimated 3-4 week(s) delivery after dispatch

• Rest of the world shipping is calculated based on location. Estimated 3-4 week(s) delivery after dispatch

• We cannot accept responsibility for packages which get held up by customs offices. If you are an international customer please be away from your countries import tax and other fees to avoid surprise charges upon delivery or collection.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on location. If you're shipping is more expensive than your order please be aware we offer free shipping to all available countries on orders over $75.

While we offer shipping to as many countries as possible, please be aware of your countries import and customs policies as in some cases you may be unable to receive goods from the United States or it may be a difficult process under the current COVID-19 restrictions and precautions. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

If your order has qualified for tracking then you will have received a USPS or international courier tracking number in your confirmation email.  You can use this number to track your order via the relevant courier websites.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once we dispatch an order the parcel is quite literally out of our hands. We entrust our domestic orders to the USPS as well as international couriers to deliver you your clothing. While your parcel is in transit we only have access to the tracking information we provided to you. Please only contact our support team if your order has taken longer than our estimated delivery times and if your tracking has not been updated in at least 2 week. We will work to resolve any cases of lost, damaged, or returned parcels. If your order is international please be aware of your countries customs process to receive your order as soon as possible.
